Brief
Chatsworth Homes sought a comprehensive set of conveyancing drawings for their development of 99 plots in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This project necessitated the division of the land into distinct plots for individual sale to each new home owner. Additionally, it involved the transfer of communal land and open spaces to a management company, as well as the separate transfer of the highway, which includes the carriageway, footways, and verges.
Result
We created a comprehensive master drawing for review and approval by the client and their legal representative. Upon receiving approval, we subsequently delivered individual drawings for each new construction plot, as well as drawings for affordable homes, highway land, and land designated for the management company.
