Change of Use Planning Drawings for a Dog Exercise Field
We were approached by a private applicant seeking planning permission to change the use of agricultural land to a dog exercise field in Buckinghamshire. The project required the preparation of a series of planning drawings, including a location plan, existing and proposed site plans, and visibility splays drawing for the site access.
A Deed of Variation for a Commercial Lease
We were instructed by a solicitor, acting on behalf of their client, to prepare a suite of Land Registry–compliant drawings to support the lease of a large retail building and associated car park in Staffordshire. The initial requirement was to produce drawings for a Deed of Variation to correct historical boundary discrepancies that had arisen following development of the site, including areas of land that had subsequently been adopted as highway.
Conveyancing Drawing Package for Residential Development in Warwickshire
We were approached by a London-based sports club to prepare a series of drawings formalising both existing and proposed leases across their estate. The project also required the creation of a comprehensive Estate Plan to clearly define land ownership, usage, and third-party agreements.
