Scope
We were approached by a London-based sports club to prepare a series of drawings formalising both existing and proposed leases across their estate. The project also required the creation of a comprehensive Estate Plan to clearly define land ownership, usage, and third-party agreements.
The plan was designed to illustrate how different areas of the site are used by the club, identify land leased to third parties, and record rights of access and agreements with neighbouring landowners.
Delivery
M2 Consulting delivered a detailed Estate Plan showing all relevant leases, land uses, and access rights in a single, easy-to-understand drawing.
The completed plan provided the client with clear visibility over:
- Owned and leased land parcels
- Third-party agreements and access rights
- Lease terms and durations
This clarity has enabled the Sports Club to implement a more strategic approach to managing and planning future land use, ensuring a full understanding of current agreements while identifying opportunities for future development and collaboration.
