Scope
We were engaged by a solicitor, acting on behalf of their client, to prepare a Land Registry–compliant lease plan for a residential property in London. The property is situated on the first and second floors of the building and therefore required clear identification of rights of access to the front and rear, along with the bin storage location and meter boxes.
Delivery
Working remotely, M2 Consulting produced an initial draft plan and issued it to both the solicitor and client for review, together with a small number of clarification points to ensure full accuracy. Due to the urgent nature of the request and our established working relationship, we were able to complete the process efficiently.
Within just four days of the initial enquiry, the draft was prepared, reviewed, amended, and the final compliant drawing issued.
