Scope
Our client planned to sell a property that shared a title with an adjacent property they intended to retain. To proceed with the sale, it was necessary to separate the two titles while ensuring that all existing rights of way were accurately identified and preserved.
Delivery
To support the sale of a property, we prepared two drawings to divide the existing title into separate registrations. After reviewing the original title, we advised the client and their solicitor that two plans would be required due to the shared access between the properties. Creating a dedicated plan for each ensured that the rights of access were clearly defined and properly secured, allowing the solicitor to complete registration with HM Land Registry smoothly and with confidence.
