Title Plans & First Registration
M2 Consulting creates compliant land registry drawings for the initial registration of existing properties and titles that have not been registered before, as well as for new properties that need to be registered.
What is a Title Plan?
A title plan is a drawing that complies with land registry requirements, necessary for registering a property or parcel of land. This is usually applicable to newly constructed properties, properties that have been subdivided into flats, or historical land or property that has not been registered before. Such properties must be registered before any sale can take place.
