We are experienced in designing highways and infrastructure for both residential and commercial sectors. Our services include detail design and technical approvals (S278 & S38), designs for planning application purposes, private access design, and residential drop kerb applications.
Section 278 & Detailed Highway Design
We specialise in gaining Section 278 technical approval for highway designs of both residential and commercial developments. We produce all our designs in accordance with both national and local design standards, and produce and submit a full package of design drawings to the local authority for approval.
Section 38 & Parcel Design
We produce and review estate road designs for residential and commercial developments, for planning and feasibility, and secure Section 38 Technical Approval in accordance with local authority specifications.
Highway Planning & 2D Designs
We produce preliminary highway designs for feasibility and planning permission purposes. We produce our designs and feasibility work in accordance with the relevant national and local design standards.
Our designs can be used by the developer to assess development proposals, or be included in a planning submission that requires highway amendments or proposals.
Residential Planning Drawings
We assist with residential planning applications that involve highway designs and understanding of highway design guidelines. These include private field access, residential drop kerb applications, and boundary amendments.
