Our experience in the sector allows us to offer a range of services the developer may be struggling to acquire for their project. Many of these services are included as part of wider design packages, but we can offer them in isolation to support our client’s needs.
Highway Planning
We produce preliminary highway designs for feasibility and planning permission purposes. We produce our designs and feasibility work in accordance with the relevant national and local design standards.
Our designs can be used by the developer to assess development proposals, or be included in a planning submission that requires highway amendments or proposals.
Minor 278 Technical Approvals
We specialise in gaining Section 278 technical approval for highway designs of both residential and commercial developments. We produce all our designs in accordance with both national and local design standards, and produce and submit a full package of design drawings to the local authority for approval.
Vehicle Tracking
We are experienced at producing vehicle tracking and swept path analysis to ensure vehicle manoeuvers can be completed on all types of projects for both planning and technical approval purposes.
Planning Application Drawings
We assist with residential planning applications that involve highway designs and understanding of highway design guidelines. These include private field access, residential drop kerb applications, and boundary amendments.
