Brief
After a successful planning process, the approval was granted with a condition stipulating the necessity of obtaining a 278 technical approval for the vehicular access and related footway works on the highway.
Our client tasked us with managing the process, as well as creating the design and drawings needed to secure technical approval from the local authority.
Result
We obtained technical approval from the local authority after addressing a single set of comments. We proceeded with the design and created the necessary drawings, while also gathering the C2 utility information on behalf of the client, as mandated for technical approval.
