Scope
The client required a full package of conveyancing drawings to support their 99-plot residential development in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. The project involved dividing the land into individual plots for sale to new homeowners, while also addressing the transfer of communal land and open spaces to a management company. In addition, the scheme required a separate transfer of the adopted highway, covering the carriageway, footways, and verges, to ensure all legal and regulatory obligations were met with clarity and precision.
Delivery
We began by producing a comprehensive master drawing for review and approval by the client and their legal representative. Once the master plan was approved, we delivered a complete set of conveyancing drawings, including:
- Individual plot drawings for each new home
- Dedicated drawings for affordable housing units
- Highway land adoption, covering carriageways, footways, and verges
- Management company drawings for communal land and open spaces
- Substation and foul pumping station
